Mitsubishi NZ & AUS | 2019

CIT APAC winner

When Mitsubishi Motors New Zealand wanted an experience to recognise the achievements of their 'Diamond Rewards' staff winners, we recommended they head to the 'Southern Hemisphere Proving Ground' (SHPG) - a world class winter vehicle testing facility located in the Cardrona Valley, near Queenstown.

We talked over all the hi-octane fun they could have in the snow with their vehicles and all the other great networking and reward opportunities of the area.  

The New Zealand Executive team agreed, recognising that this unique opportunity was a perfect way to reward performance, and align with their brand and product.

Word got across the Tasman, and next we were thrilled to hear that Mitsubishi Motors Australia would also be joining us.

Advance Electrical | 2020

Advance Electrical Wholesalers are a leading provider of of product and services through the lower North Island of New Zealand.  

Incentive Programmes have been a key part of the Electrical Industry over the years, and Advance were well recognised for taking customers away and rewarding them for their business.

Like many organisations, the challenge they faced was keeping it fresh, relevant and having a clear and robust qualification framework.

They needed to know that the programme was returning on their investment and approached OneNineFive to review and recommend a new way forward.

AIA Insurance NZ | 2017

In 2017, AIA Insurance wanted to recognised the support, loyalty and commitment shown to them by their nationwide financial advisor network.

In previous years - before our involvement - AIA had taken a 'one group to one destination' approach to their incentive programme. 

AIA approached OneNineFive with a brief to create a unique and customised incentive and reward programme that met the following objectives:

  • Reward loyalty and sales of AIA product by the advisor network
  • Build strong relationships between AIA and their advisor network 
  • Provide qualifiers with a travel experience that met their interests, available time and aspirations

Working with AIA, we took a 'blank canvas' approach, and created and delivered an incentive and reward programme that was a resounding success.

gilmors reversed

Gilmours NZ | 2016

OneNineFive was tasked to design and deliver a customised Incentive and Reward programme for Gilmours - a leading New Zealand food and beverage wholesaler. 

The objectives for the incentive trip were:

  • Increase sales
  • Build strong relationships
  • Educate and inspire business owners

Working with Gilmours, we created a compelling brand and identity (‘The Finest Cut’ - a slice of Melbourne Food, Wine & Hospitality) for the incentive, along with a robust qualification metric which was then clearly communicated to selected customers of Gilmours.

Cavalier Carpets NZ | 2015

Cavalier Carpets, a leading flooring company, approached OneNineFive to design and launch an Incentive & Reward programme to their national retailer network.

The objectives of the programme were to:

  • Increase sales and market share
  • Build stronger relationships with retailers
  • Demonstrate innovation and fresh-thinking

With a retailer network that ranged from small-town to large urban businesses, the design of the qualification ‘metric’ was critical in order to show integrity and fairness.
